Sherri Sue (Walker) McInnis

Sherri Sue McInnis, 64, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 7, 2024, at 5 P.M., at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Allen Roeleky officiating.  Burial will follow in the Georgetown Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Born December 22, 1959 in Frederick, Maryland, Mrs. McInnis was the daughter of the late Joseph Stanley and Iris Faye Rawlings Walker Sr.   She taught 4th grade at Parkview Christian School.  She was a graduate of Florida State University and was an avid FSU Football fan.

Survivors include her husband: Gordon McInnis; her son: Colt McInnis; her brother: Joe Walker.

Active pallbearers will be Ken Dykes, Darren Berry, David Bush, Tom McDougall, Barry Brown, Mike Nickolson, Corey Mogren and Hal Adams.
