Samantha Ann (Goree) Greathouse

Samantha Ann Greathouse, 41, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 2 P.M., in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery in Stewart County, Georgia with Rev. Stephen Doss officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held from 1 P.M. until service time prior to the service at the cemetery.

Born June 2, 1983 in Columbus, Georgia, Samantha was the daughter of Mary Gwendolyn Strickland Goree and the late Clinton Horace Goree, Jr.  Samantha loved NASCAR, the Georgia Bulldogs and sports.  Her favorite past-time was fishing, playing golf and riding her golf cart.

Survivors other than her mother are her brother: Austin Goree; her fiance: J. D. Lecroy; 1 nephew: Clint Goree; 2 nieces: Shannon Goree and Sophie Goree; her dogs: Buster, Bama and Spike.
