Phillip Duane Stewart, Sr., 57, of Georgetown, Georgia, died Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Chapman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born January 11, 1968 in LaGrange, Indians, Phillip was the son of the late Ben A. and Dianna Stewart. Survivors include his sons: Phillip (MicKayle) Stewart, Jr. and Rodney (Angela) Stewart, both of Thomaston, Georgia; 4 grandchildren: Christopher, Kaiden, Jayden and Jaycee; 2 brothers: George Stewart of Georgetown, Georgia and Ben (Janice) Stewart of Eufaula, Alabama; 4 sisters: Ronita (Danny) Maggard of Howe, Indiana, Samantha (Michael) McDowell of Butler, Georgia, Chris (Keith) Trammell of Headland, Alabama and Gina Wall of Georgetown, Georgia; 1 sister-in-law: Kimberly Stewart of Georgetown, Georgia; several nieces and nephews.
