Michael Elbert Odom

Michael Elbert Odom, 77, of Baker Hill, Alabama, died Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 11 A.M., at Rocky Mount United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Teasley officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 A.M. until service time at the church.

Born December 16, 1947, Mike was the son of the late John Elbert and Jeanette Joiner Odom.  Mike owned and operated Odom Trucking.  He was an active member of Rocky Mount United Methodist Church.  He was a talented musician and piano player.  He was preceded in death by his brother Ricky Odom.

Survivors include his niece Kimberly (Daniel) Helms.
