Mary Rebecca "Becky" (Culpepper) Slade

Mary Rebecca "Becky" Slade, 61, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Monday, December 2, 2024, at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula, Alabama.

The visitation for Becky will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 4 P.M. until 6 P.M. at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel.

Born December 12, 1961 in Eufaula, Alabama, Becky was the daughter of the late Thomas Benjamin and Mariette Guillemine DePauw Culpepper.  She was a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She worked at Lakeview Community Hospital, Medical Center Barbour and Crowne Health Care.

Survivors include her husband: Will Slade; 2 sons: Sam Slade and Clayton Slade; 1 sister: Linda Dimitri; 2 brothers: Mike (Donna) Culpepper and Frank (Nelda) Culpepper.
