Ludie Bell (Anderson) Benton

            Ludie Bell Anderson Benton, 77, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.

            Funeral services will be held Monday, July 29, 2024, at 2 P.M., at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Symons officiating.  Burial will follow in the Epworth United Methodist Church Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. at the funeral home.

            Born November 6,1946 in Eufaula, Alabama, Mrs. Benton was the daughter of the late Dewey H. and Goldie Lucille Eubanks Anderson.

            Survivors include her children: Katrina Lucas (Trey Weeks); James Rolison, Dewie Anderson; 1 step-son: Steven Crowell; 4 grandchildren: Michael Lucas (Katie Threatt), Paige Lucas, Alexa Lucas, Nathan Rolison.

            Active pallbearers will be Eddie Eubanks, Ed Eubanks, Nathan Rolison, George Lucas, Steven Crowell and Ray Weeks III.
