Kenneth Lee Dugger, 82, of Georgetown, Georgia, died Monday, July 15, 2024, at his residence.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 11 A.M., EDT, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Sowell and Rev. Leaman Foxworthy officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 A.M. until service time at the church.
Born July 29, 1941, in Dalton, Georgia, Mr. Dugger was the son of the late Floyd Lee and Lema Idela Thompson Dugger. He worked for Combustion Engineering in Chattanooga, Tennessee for 14 years and then retired from Miller Brewing Company after 27 years. Mr. Dugger was a veteran of the United States Navy. His favorite hobby was fishing. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Greg Franklin Dugger and Kenneth Anthony Dugger.
Survivors include his wife: Rose Mary Dugger; 2 sons: Daniel Eugene (Stacey) Dugger and Frederick Monroe Dugger; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 brother: David (Carolyn) Dugger; 1 sister: Frances Diemer.
