Judy Diane (Wilkerson) Herrington

Judy Diane Herrington, of Georgetown, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Wilson Hospice House in Albany, Georgia. Born on March 8, 1954, she  was the daughter of the late George and Pearcie Sheffield Wilkerson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 10 A.M. CST at the Georgetown Baptist Church with Dr. Kermit Soileua officiating and Chapman Funeral Home of Eufaula directing. The burial will follow in the New Light Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Morgan, Georgia.  The visitation for Mrs. Herrington will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 5 P.M. -7 P.M. CST in the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Herrington was an active member of Georgetown Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her brother Larry Wilkerson and sister Levon Redding.

She is survived by her husband Frank Herrington of Georgetown, GA.; brothers Jim (Betty Ann) Wilkerson and George “Juke” Wilkerson; sister-in-law Beth (Rick) Harden; and many nieces and nephews.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Mark Wilkerson, Reese Foster, Tom Walker, Chris Cyr, Joey Seaborn, and Joe Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be  Randy Harden, Justin Wilkerson, Author Moody, Matt Geddings, and Johnny Kent.
