Jane Elizbath Belflower

Jane Elizabeth Belflower, 73, of Georgetown, Georgia, died Monday, January 1, 2024, at her residence.

            Funeral services were held Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 10 A.M., CST, at the Georgetown Baptist Church.  Dr. Kermit Soileau officiated and burial followed in the Georgetown Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.

            Born August 21, 1950 in Birmingham, Alabama, Mrs. Belflower was the daughter of the late Walter Thural and Lorene Frances Stuart Hickey.

            Survivors include her husband: Ivey Belflower; 1 son: Tim Belflower; 1 daughter: Julie (Stan) Hayes; 3 grandchildren: Ana Turner, Amber (Kevin) Di Santi, Trevor Hayes; 3 great grandchildren: Elizabeth Drew, Matteo Di Santi, Brooks Di Santi; 4 brothers: Davis (Brenda) Hickey, Joel (Judy) Hickey, Gary (Ann) Hickey, Howard Hickey; 2 sisters: Annette (Clayton) Schmidt, Norma (Ronnie) Collier.

            Active pallbearers were David Bush, Danny Little, Zach Chrystler, Phil Chrystler, John Bartlett and Mark Moshell.
