James Emmett McQueen, Jr.

James Emmett McQueen, Jr., 82, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Monday, September 30, 2024, at his residence.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 11 A.M., at the First Baptist Church of Eufaula with Dr. Ken Bush and Rev. Chris Wilkinson officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M. at the church.  The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Youth Ministry, 125 S. Randolph Ave., Eufaula, Alabama 36027 or to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Born August 31, 1942 in Montgomery, Alabama, Mr. McQueen was the son of the late James Emmett and Dottie Louise Stough McQueen, Sr.  

Survivors include his wife: Ellen McQueen; 2 sons: Jim (Katie) McQueen and Paul (Kim) McQueen; 6 grandchildren: Jake McQueen, Maggie McQueen, Ben McQueen, Zack McQueen, Kayleigh McQueen, Cody McQueen; 2 great grandchildren: Josie Mae McQueen and James McQueen; 1 brother: Tommy (Carolyn) McQueen.
