James Warren "Jim" Dixon

James Warren "Jim" Dixon, 77, of Georgetown, Georgia, died Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula, Alabama.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 3 P.M., CDT, at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Symons officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held prior to the service on Sunday from 2 P.M. until 3 P.M. at the funeral home.

Born December 6, 1946 in Livermore, California, Mr. Dixon was the son of the late Wesley Warren and Marie Picconi Dixon.

Survivors include his wife: Jo Ann Dixon; his children: Ann Alexander and Jimmie Jo Mathis; 4 grandchildren: Ashley (Travis) Swint, Brittany (Tylor) Ferry, Whitney (William) Golden, Hunter (Amber) Strickland; 5 great grandchildren: Wesley Swint, Mason Swint, Colt Strickland, Charlotte Ferry, Wrenley Golden; 2 brothers: Donald (Debra) Dixon and Bobby (Ginger) Dixon; 1 sister: Linda (Kenneth) Wilkins.
