Henry Frank Herrington, III

Henry Frank Herrington, III, 72, of Georgetown, Georgia, died Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1 P.M., CST, at the Georgetown Baptist Church with Dr. Kermit Soileau officiating.  A private graveside will follow at New Light Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Morgan, Georgia with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held prior to the service from 12 Noon until 1 P.M., CST, at the church.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Georgetown Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.

Born August 29, 1953 in Eufaula, Alabama, Frank was the son of the late Henry Frank and Annie Laura Speir Herrington, Jr.  Frank was a loyal, active member of the Georgetown Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife Judy Diane Wilkerson Herrington, Jr. and his brother Thomas Andrew Herrington.

Survivors include his sister: Beth (Rick) Harden; 2 nieces: Hollie (Chris) Cyr and Christie Herrington; 1 nephew: Drew Herrington.

Active pallbearers will be Les Lankford, Matthew Self, Hadley Cyr, Tom Walker, Mark Wilkerson and Alan Ray.
