Helen Yvonne Davis

Mrs. Helen Yvonne Davis, 83, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Saturday, January 6, 2024, at her residence.

            Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 2 P.M., at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ken Bush officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

            Born May 3, 1940 in Rome, Georgia, Mrs. Davis was the daughter of the late Tobe Paul and Ella Mae Jeffery Headrick.  She was preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn King and Shelby Ferrell.

            Survivors include her husband: B. J. Davis; 2 daughters: Debbie (John) Mayo and Viva Hewett; 1 son: Barry (Lucy) Davis; 7 Grandchildren: Colt Ludlam, Callie (Hunter) Olds, Kayla (Chris) Martin, Katie Beth Gordon, Spencer (Chelsea) Davis, Clay (Rachel) Davis, Trevor (Anna Lee) Davis; 12 Great Grandchildren; 1 brother: Jerry (Janet) Headrick; 3 sisters: Margaret (Olin) Norman, Barbara Headrick, Gwen (John) Wade.

            Active pallbearers will be Colt Ludlam, Spencer Davis, Clay Davis, Trevor Davis, John Mayo and Chris Martin.
