Gloria LaRue Steadham (Hayes) Martin

Gloria LaRue Steadham Martin, 84, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.

            Funeral services will be held Monday, June 9, 2025, at 2 P.M., at Southpoint Church with Rev. Chris Toole officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 4 P.M. until 6 P.M. at the funeral home.

            Born October 16, 1940 in Troy, Alabama, Gloria was the daughter of the late Harvey and Mary Eunice Wilkes Hayes.  Gloria owned and operated her own day care for several years.  She loved music and dancing.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Donna LaRue Green.

            Survivors include her sons: Eddie (Debbie) Steadham and Dale (Susie) Steadham; her daughter: Sheila (James) Stinson; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; her son-in-law: Ricky Green.

            Pallbearers will be Greg Steadham, Blayne Green, Robbie Stinson, Ryan Stinson, Riley Stinson, Parker Brooks, Ben Brooks and Blake Lamb.
