Eloise Campbell Ellis, 93 of Georgetown, GA died Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula, AL. Visitation will be held Saturday, 5-25-24 from 4 PM CDT until 6 PM CDT at the Georgetown Baptist Church. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, 5-26-2024, at 2 PM CDT at the Georgetown Cemetery with Dr. Kermit Soileau officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing. Born October 23, 1930, in Clio, AL, she was the daughter of the late Cleveland and Noona Campbell. She was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church and worked as a bank teller for Eufaula Bank & Trust for over 40 years. She was happily married to Seab Ellis for over 67 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling where she started a collection of teapots from all the places she visited.
Survivors include: 1 son: Jack (Donna) Ellis of Georgetown, GA, 1 daughter: Malinda (Tom) Reagin of Lilburn, GA. 9 grandchildren: Whitney (Cabot) Raymond, Vicki Ellis, Andy Reagin, Mendi (John) Jones, Shae (Theresa) Fillingim, Ed (Katie) Reagin, Sarah (Derek) Clemmensen, Tom Price, Christina Price, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, 1 sister: Delores Walker of Columbia, TN and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Eugene Richardson, Mattie Glover, Betty Ellis and many others for their selfless assistance in helping her.
