Donald Edward Tye

Donald Edward Tye, 83, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11 A.M., in the Dothan City Cemetery with Rev. Chris Wilkinson officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held Monday evening from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Born March 22, 1942 in Henry County, Alabama, Mr. Tye was the son of the late Robert Van Sr. and Helen Gertrude Hall Tye.  Mr. Tye is survived by his wife of 61 years: Mary Tye; his son: Michael (Pam) Tye; his daughter: Donna Jordan; his brother: Fred (Judy) Tye.
