Darrell Wayne Harris

Darrell Wayne Harris, 68, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Sunday, July 21, 2024, at his daughter's residence in Dothan, Alabama.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 3 P.M., at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Sowell officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  The visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 P.M. until service time.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Born May 30, 1956 in West Virginia, Darrell was the son of Loretta Arlene Jameson Harris and the late Garvin Boyd "Bill" Harris.

Survivors other than his mother include his daughter: Misty (Chris) Dewberry; his son: Steven Harris; 3 grandchildren: Aubrey Dewberry, Shelby Dewberry, Gage Dewberry; 2 sisters: Theresa (Ricky) Gardner and Kathy Thurman.

Active pallbearers will be Laszlo Kovacs, J. Michael Smith, Ron Golden, David Chapman, Dennie Shirley, Mark Robertson and Ricky Gardner.
