Cherry Sweet (Knight) Conner

Cherry Sweet Conner, 72, of Clayton, Alabama, died Thursday, July 2, 2026, at her residence.

            Graveside services were held Monday, July 6, 2026, at 1 P.M., in the Clayton Cemetery with Rev. Larry Teasley officiating and Chapman Funeral Home directing.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.

            Born November 18, 1953, in Jefferson County, Alabama, Cherry was the daughter of the late James Henry and Alice Street Robertson Knight.  She is survived by her husband Thomas Conner.
