Carol Francis Woodruff

Carol Frances Woodruff, 76, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Sunday, January 28, 2024, at her residence.

            Funeral services will be held Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11 A.M., at Cross Baptist Church with Dr. Matt Helms and Rev. Richard Harvey officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Fort Valley, Georgia with Chapman Funeral Home directing.   The visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

            Born December 12, 1947 in Fort Valley, Georgia, Carol was the daughter of the late Thomas Oscar and Frances Elizabeth Wadsworth Joyner.  She was preceded in death by her great granddaughter Emerson Byrd and her sons Scott Woodruff and Steven Woodruff.

            Survivors include 4 grandchildren: Lexi (Michael) Byrd, Cole Woodruff, Chesney Bentley, Shayne Wells; 2 great grandchildren: McKinley Byrd and Brynleigh Byrd; 2 daughters-in-law: Lindsay Woodruff and Stephanie Wells.
